Data Protection Notice

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What we process

  • Quote form: name, phone, email, project type, your message and any photos you attach.
  • When you write via WhatsApp or email: your name, number or email address and the content of the conversation.
  • If you arrived through an ad link: which campaign you came from and the first page you opened. This only reaches us together with a quote form or WhatsApp message.
  • Technical logs: when you open the site, your IP address and browser details are processed by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, for security and operation.

Why we process it

  • To prepare a quote, contact you, and plan measurements or a site visit.
  • If we agree, to make, deliver and invoice your order.
  • To understand which of our promotions work.
  • To keep the site secure and running.

Legal basis

Under Article 5(2) of the KVKK, your data is processed because it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract (quotes and orders), to meet our legal obligations (invoices and records), and on the basis of our legitimate interest (site security, measuring promotions), provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Who receives it

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising. We use the following services to run our business, and your data passes through their servers:

  • Cloudflare: hosting the site, delivering the quote form to us and storing our customer records (requests and conversation notes).
  • Google (Gmail): receiving and storing quote forms and emails.
  • Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram): if you write to us through these channels.

These companies' servers may be located outside Türkiye. Where required by law, information may also be provided to the competent public authorities.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and conversations that do not lead to an order are kept for at most two years, then deleted. If you place an order, order and invoice records are kept for the period required by law.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you can contact us to:

  • Find out whether and how your data is processed,
  • Find out whether it is used for its intended purpose and to whom it has been transferred,
  • Ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected, or deleted when the legal conditions are met, and for those corrections to be passed on to recipients,
  • Object to a result against you that comes solely from automated analysis,
  • Claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

Cookies and measurement

  • We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever do, we will ask for your consent first.
  • Visit statistics: we count how often each page is opened with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
  • The only thing stored in your browser: if you arrived through an ad link, the campaign name. It contains nothing that identifies you and is only added to the quote form and WhatsApp message. You can remove it by clearing your browser data.
  • Fonts: the site's typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, which passes your IP address to Google.
